Level Up 2023

Level Up is Drivhuset Borås’ intensive Entrepreneurship Bootcamp where we will give student entrepreneurs the boost to take their business to the next level!

The program is a combination of lectures and workshops where the focus will be on (among other things) giving direct feedback on the entrepreneurs’ business ideas, marketing strategies, environmental and sustainability strategies and how to pitch their products/services to potential customers and investors. Level Up is carried out in collaboration with the University of Borås and the goal is for the students who participate to develop their business ideas into successful business models.

The program consists of 3 in-depth sessions where participating companies will have the chance to develop their companies even more. We will meet on the following dates around the following points in the program:

• April 04 (16.00-19.00): Course 1 – Business Modeling & Vision
  • Business Model Canvas, Company vision and purpose
• April 11 (16.00-19.00): Course 2 – Marketing & Social Media
  • Customer Segmentation TAM, SAM, SOM, Competitor Analysis, and Content Generation
• April 18 (16.00-19.00): Course 3 – Sustainability Strategy & Pitch Training
  • Life Cycle Analysis, Socially Sustainable Entrepreneurship, and NABC model
• After: A monthly follow-up with one of Drivhuset business developer so that we can support your business development further.

Four individuals that complete the entire course will also be offered a reserved sport in Borås INKs gruppcoaching. This program is focused on further developing entrepreneurs ability to establish and grow their businesses’ competitiveness. A few of the themes that will be discussed during these gruppcoaching sessions are: digital business, financing, and teams & leadership.

OBS! All workshops will be held in English, are mandatory, and are held on site at Drivhuset Borås’ office in the Textile Fashion Center’s premises. The purpose of seeing each other physically on site is to create as collaborative an environment as possible for all participants and to give the participants the opportunity to network with each other. All participants in the course each receive a diploma that they have completed the course in addition to a LOOPA business development book free of charge.
